Tempreture
The temperature of the Home bush mangroves was measured using a thermometer. A thermometer is a cylindrical glass rood with a very thin tube within it that consists of a substance called mercury, When the air temperature increases the mercury expands and rises indicating that the temperature level has risen.
Materials:
-Thermometer
Method:
1. Hold out the thermometer into the air for thirty seconds or until the mercury becomes stationary.
2. Read and record the measurement.
The temperature recorded at Home bush mangroves during this field study was 22 degrees celsius. The temperature measured was within the average of 12-26 degrees celsius.
