Food webs
(Many food chains interacting)
The main difference between food chains and food webs is the fact that food webs portray the various producers and consumers within an ecosystem. Consequently, through the use of food webs we are able to observe the various predators of an organism rather than a single predator. In the above images, we can observe the many interactions between the organisms within the mangrove ecosystem.
